The Start! Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere fund-raising event...

Here's your chance to get involved! The 2009 Birmingham Start! Heart Walk will be at Linn Park on Saturday, August 22. It's time to get your office team together now...

Start! Heart Walk has been designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living in an environment that's fun for the whole family.

This year, more than 1 million walker will participate in more than 450 events, raising funds to save lives from this country's number one and number three killers - heart disease and stroke.

Walk with friends, family, co-workers, or strangers you'll bond with along the way. Anyway you choose to do it, your heart will thank you for it!
