Urban's Unexpected Getaway
A clip of Keith Urban's unique way of ending his North American tour has made its way onto the singer's website. Urban surprised the sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden on October 8th by playing the final bars of his hit, "Better Life," then turning in his guitar, running through the backstage halls of the Garden and out into the street where he quickly put on a jacket and hailed a cab.

Urban said, "The yellow taxi is synonymous with New York City and I was trying to figure out how I could incorporate it into the show... I think I did it... not to mention that I beat the rush for cabs after the concert let out!"

Urban made his taxi cab getaway again after his show on October 9th in Buffalo, New York.

Crowds in both cities initially thought they were watching a pre-taped video of Urban hailing the cab.
