Justin Moore Still Scared
Justin Moore recently celebrated his first Number One hit with "Small Town USA." Justin co-wrote the song, so he was especially proud of the feat. So what has a chart-topping hit done for him? "At this point it makes me a one-hit wonder (laughs). No, you know, I think you have to have a little more confidence but I'm still scared to death. With the next one you're always like, 'Golly, this has gotta work or my career's over,' you know, whether that be true or not."
Justin says the success of "Small Town USA" has had a positive impact on his live shows. "One of the things it does is you seen your show growin', obviously. A year ago at this time we'd go play a club that'd hold 500 people and there might be seven people in there, and two of 'em knew who we were cause they watched my idiotic clips on youtube, but now we go and people are there and they know the songs."
Justin will have the chance to play to thousands of fans at one time when he hits the road with Brad Paisley for the 2010 leg of the American Saturday Night tour. The run, which also features Miranda Lambert, kicks off on January 7th in San Antonio, Texas. The tour stops at the BJCC Arena in Birmingham on Friday, February 5, 2010. Tickets go on sale this week!
