Zac & Buffett: Crossroads
The next CMT Crossroads episode will feature the pairing of the Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett. The show will be taped next month before an invitation-only audience in Nashville. The episode will premiere in March of next year.
Jimmy will release a new studio album, called Buffett Hotel, on December 8th. It will be his first studio album in three years.
The Zac Brown Band will be in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 22nd) for the American Music Awards. They are nominated in two categories - Favorite Country Band, Duo, or Group and Favorite Country Album for The Foundation. They are also semifinalists in the T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist category. Finalists are determined by text messaging.
The Zac Brown Band are currently on the road with their Breaking Southern Ground headlining tour.
The group trails Lady Gaga as the biggest-selling new artist of 2009 with their platinum debut album, The Foundation.
They have charted three Number One singles.
