The cash prize varies each hour. Right or wrong, you’ve won instant cash and get a shot at winning $100,000 at the end of promotional period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
1. OVERVIEW. The WZZK Big Money Jukebox Game (the “Contest”) begins September 28, 2009, and ends on November 20, 2009 (the “Contest Period”), WZZK-FM dba/104.7 (“Sponsor”) will post Official Rules of the Contest that describe the entry method and prizes. The prizes offered will be announced on WZZK and described in the applicable Official Rules. The following Official Rules govern the Contest:
2. ELIGIBLITY RESTRICTIONS. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Contest is open to persons who legally reside in the state of Alabama, are between the ages of 18 and 80 at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents in possession of a valid government-issued photo identification and a Social Security card. Employees of WZZK, Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Media Group, and their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws. Limit one (1) prize per person. No more than one (1) winner is permitted per household or among immediate family for the duration of the Contest Period. For purposes of this Contest, a “household” includes all persons who are domiciled with an entrant, regardless of familial relation. No person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person’s behalf. Each participating contestant must provide his or her own name and personal information to Contest supervisors. If a contestant uses a false name or presents a false identification, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and will be ineligible to win any prize, and such conduct may result in legal ramifications. Eligibility decisions will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of Cox Radio are final.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE BIG MONEY JUKEBOX GAME. To enter the Contest, interested parties can go to wzzk.com, click on the jukebox, and join WZZK Rewardz or visit this direct link: http://wzzk.com/newmember/add.html?gateway_referer=http%3a%2f%2frewardz.wzzk.com%2fasp2%2fregister.aspx%3fmode%3dsubs. Interested parties must place a check in the box for WZZK Rewardz opting in for receiving the WZZK Rewardz Newsletter and inclusion in most exclusive opportunities such as concert tickets, backstage passes, and inside music scoop. Existing members of WZZK Rewardz are automatically entered. WZZK may choose to add qualified participants from additional opt-in station database(s). 
4. RESPONSIBILITY. WZZK will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant’s failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to WZZK during a call-in period of the Contest and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at WZZK’s sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification. WARNING: Online listeners to streaming broadcasts my experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations.  Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts to participate in the Contest.
5. HOW TO PLAY THE BIG MONEY JUKEBOX GAME. Contest participants must listen to 104.7 WZZK-FM weekdays during the Contest Period, at approximately 10:40am, 11:40am, 12:40pm, 1:40pm, 2:40pm, 3:40pm, 4:40pm, and 5:40pm for the their name to be called on the air. When a caller hears his/her name called on the air, he/she must call WZZK back within 10 minutes at 205-741-1047. A WZZK employee will ask the caller a series of questions to confirm his or her eligibility in conformance with these Official Rules. These questions will include, but not be limited to, his/her name, address, phone number, date of birth and social security number. Failure to provide this information will automatically disqualify the caller from playing and/or winning. When and if a contestant hears his/her name called out on the air, calls back within ten minutes to 205-741-1047, and answers a series of eligibility questions satisfactorily, an “initial” prize winner may be declared. When an “initial” prize winner is declared, the caller will win an “initial” prize as listed in section 6 below and may then play the WZZK Big Money Jukebox for a “jukebox” prize as listed in section 6 below. If an initial prize winner correctly guesses the song in the “Big Money Jukebox,” the “initial prize winner” may be declared a “jukebox prize winner.” Awarding the prizes is solely dependent upon the verification of eligibility according to these Official Rules. Other restrictions may apply. All decisions of WZZK are final.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS. Prizes: Declared Contest “initial” prize winners will receive fifty dollars ($50). Declared “Jukebox” prize winners will receive an additional cash prize valued up to but not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). A maximum of three hundred twenty (320) Prize Winners may be selected during the Contest. The $100,000 Grand Prize winner will receive One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible contestants who participate during the Contest Period. All decisions of WZZK are final.
7. HOW TO WIN THE $100,000.00 GRAND PRIZE: For a chance to win the Grand Prize, each contestant must be a declared “Jukebox prize winner” and follow the Grand Prize Rules.
•	HOW TO PLAY THE GRAND PRIZE GAME: Each winning contestant that won a prize listed in section six (6) of these official contest rules are required to be at the Grand Prize event contest for a chance to win.  The Grand Prize contest is scheduled to take place on a date and location to be determined by WZZK. However, if the one available Grand Prize is won in accordance with these Rules, the Contest will officially end at the time the Grand Prize is won. This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. In order to render a guess for a chance to win the grand prize listed in section six (6) of these official Contest rules, each contestant must fill out an official contest entry form clearly stating their name, address, birth date, and their official guess of the winning sequence of eight (8) items. Prizes are nontransferable. The winner must be present to play and/or win. No “stand-ins” or substitutions are allowed. WZZK-FM is not responsible for ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬transportation to or from the Grand Prize location.
•	IN ORDER TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE: In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded, a submitted entry must contain all of the above criteria with the official guess matching a pre-selected winning in exact order. In the event of a winner, the winner will be required to sign an eligibility affidavit and liability release waiver before the Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner must come to WZZK-FM studios at a mutually agreed date and time at least two (2) weeks prior to delivery of the Grand Prize. The winning contestant will also be required to submit a copy of valid identification (driver's license), and a copy of their social security card. 
o	Winner acknowledges that Odds On Promotions, American Hole in One, and WZZK-FM have the right to publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are a grand prize winner without further authorization or financial remuneration.
o	Prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, prize will remain property of WZZK-FM. Another winner will not be selected. 
o	If the winner is found to be in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
•	GRAND PRIZES: The grand prize for this contest is $100,000.00. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the event that the official contest finalist meets all contest requirements described above, and the terms and conditions of the sponsor's contract. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or alternative prize substitution. In the event of a successful Grand Prize winner, the selected finalist will be awarded the Grand Prize: $100,000.00. All taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If no finalist successfully matches the predetermined eight (8) digit number code in exact order according to the contest rules and contract terms and conditions, no Grand Prize will be awarded. Total prize value is approximately $100,000.00. WZZK-FM is not responsible for and will provide no warranties regarding the use of the Grand Prize. For a winner list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to WZZK-FM, 301 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 200, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.
•	GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: WZZK-FM reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time and reserve the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice. The decision of WZZK-FM management in the interpretation of these rules is final.  WZZK-FM, their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.  WZZK-FM, their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery. The decision of WZZK-FM management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official contest rules.
•	GRAND PRIZE WINNING ODDS: 1:40,320
•	GRAND PRIZE AWARDS AND DELIVERY: In the event of a successful prize vault attempt, the selected finalist will be awarded the grand prize: $100,000.00. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.  Grand prize winner must accept delivery of prize from sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by sponsor.  All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of winner including but not limited to all federal state and local taxes.  All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.  Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.  Grand prize winner(s) will be required to complete and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded.  Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s). Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $100,000.00.
•	ADDITIONAL GRAND PRIZE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest.  If winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.  Acceptance of a Grand Prize constitutes permission for the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the Contest administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assume all liability therefore. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, Contest Rules, or in the announcement of the prizes or contest Rules.
8. PRIZE CLAIM AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES. Declared Prize Winners will pick up their check for the sum of the “initial” and “jukebox” prize amounts won, within four to six weeks. Declared Prize Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of date of birth at WZZK studios, 301 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 200, Birmingham, Alabama, 35209 (office visits must be between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (C.S.T.) and will be required to sign a release form. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions will be allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any and all taxes on the prize(s). Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release within, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Once winners have been given notification they will have 30 days (business days) to pick up said prize at the WZZK-FM studios during regular business hours. Failure to collect the prize within 30 business days of prize availability constitutes forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WZZK-FM/Cox Radio Inc.  Another winner may be selected. All decisions of WZZK are final.
9. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each entrant’s consent to the use of his or her name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness in any media, including without limitations on the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Any telephone calls placed to the WZZK official contest line may be recorded for use on-air at any time. Prizes won and not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will remain the property of Cox Radio, Inc / WZZK. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cox Radio, Inc / WZZK and the Contest administrators and judges. Cox Radio, Inc / WZZK reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by WZZK. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of WZZK, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Cox Radio, Inc / WZZK reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice
10. DISCLAIMERS. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that WZZK, Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises, Cox Media Group, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related activity, participation in the contest, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for any entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules.
11. CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained. 
12. SPONSOR. The Big Money Jukebox Game Contest is sponsored by WZZK-FM. The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest. Is there any way you can list the names of the winners and the names you have called out and you did not receive a call back? Also if a name was called and the person did not call back, does their name go back into the box so it may be called again? Not everyone can listen every day!

Ability to listen
Sometimes, well, most all the time, I am unable to listen at work. But since I am at several computers at once, running programs for lab equipment, I can check e-mail. Could it be possible to send e-mail if one is unable to call within 10 minutes? I am still a listener, just whle I am on my way to work and then on my way home, which is before 7 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. My e-mail address at work is DGann@Atherotech.com
