Country music star Cole Swindell recently opened up about how fellow artist Jo dee Messina helped him overcome his stage fright. Swindell revealed that he used to get extremely nervous before performing, to the point where he would feel physically ill. However, after touring with Messina early in his career, he learned some valuable lessons from her. Messina shared her own experiences with stage fright and gave Swindell some tips on how to overcome it.
Swindell credits Messina with helping him gain the confidence he needed to become a successful performer. The two artists recently performed together at the ACM’s in Frisco, Texas, where they sang “She Had Me at Heads Carolina.” It’s inspiring to see artists supporting each other and sharing their experiences to help others.
