Like so many country stars, Lainey Wilson has said in countless interviews that her dream collaborator would be the one and only Dolly Parton. Now, that dream has come true.
In an interview with ET Canada, Dolly said, “With Lainey Wilson … I just did, with her, we’ve got a song we did for the Judds.”
“They’re doing an album for the Judds for mental illness and some of the problems that [Naomi Judd] had,” Parton elaborates, “So they’re doing a whole album of the songs, and I got to do ‘Mama He’s Crazy’ with Lainey. I don’t even know her. So, I’m going to get a chance to visit.”
So not only are we getting an album in tribute to The Judds, BUT we’re also getting a Dolly x Lainey collab with it! Christmas is coming early this year!
