2025 Parade of Homes
April 25 @ 10:00 am - April 27 @ 6:00 pm

The Birmingham Parade of Homes presented by the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB) will return to highlight the metro area’s best new residential builds across two weekends in April and May. No tickets are required, and the event is free to the public. The 2025 Parade is slated to feature over 70 homes at a variety of price points, including waterfront properties on lakes near the greater Birmingham area. The event promises to give visitors V.I.P. access to some of the most in-demand communities around the Magic City. Attendees can see photos of each residence and plan a tour at their own pace on the Parade’s website. “This year, my committee and I are looking to build upon the storied history of the Parade of Homes by adding new features to the single largest building industry event,” said Parade Chairman Jason Hale. “This lineup of residences is the best of the best—it’s a testament to the fact that we’ve got some of the most talented, hardest-working builders in the country right here in Birmingham.” The Parade’s 2025 Ideal Home, located in the Blackridge subdivision of Hoover, will showcase the best local firms have to offer. Custom home builder Mancha Construction Partners, the developer of the 2025 Ideal Home, describes the property as incorporating the latest in residential technology, elegant design sensibilities and sweeping lake views. Along with Mancha Construction Partners’ contributions, the work of the best in the building and remodeling industry will be represented in the 2025 Parade lineup.
The Parade of Homes has also expanded to include The Neighborhood of Dreams. Signature Homes is the first developer to introduce this category with lifestyle living in Primrose at Everlee, just off Highway 150 in Hoover.
